The Mini App won't open
Reopen it from Telegram
Section titled “Reopen it from Telegram”Fully close the Mini App (swipe it away, don’t just background it) and open it again from the bot’s menu button. Telegram caches Mini App assets aggressively, and a stale cache is the usual cause of a blank or half-broken screen.
Update Telegram
Section titled “Update Telegram”Mini Apps depend on the Telegram client. An old version can fail to open them at all. Update Telegram and try again.
”Unauthorized”
Section titled “”Unauthorized””That means Telegram didn’t pass a valid session to the app. Close the Mini App, reopen it from inside Telegram (not from a saved browser tab), and make sure you’re on the account you registered with.
Open it in a browser instead
Section titled “Open it in a browser instead”app.teleclaw.bot works in a normal browser as well. If the browser version loads but the in-Telegram one doesn’t, the problem is on the Telegram client side — clear its cache or reinstall it.
A page loads but a section is empty
Section titled “A page loads but a section is empty”Pull to refresh. If one screen stays broken while the rest works, tell us which screen — Contact support.
Nothing helps
Section titled “Nothing helps”Send us your Telegram client and version (for example “Telegram iOS 11.x”), your device, and a screenshot of what you see.
