Control who can use your agent
Open the agent → Access. One screen holds all of it: Add to a group, Who can interact, Allowed users, Respond when, See other bots and Administrators.
Private or public
Section titled “Private or public”- Private — only you and the people on the allowed-users list can talk to the bot.
- Public — anyone who finds the bot can talk to it.
Allowed users
Section titled “Allowed users”While the bot is private, Allowed users is the list of people who may chat with it. You’re always allowed. Tap Invite user to create a one-time link — whoever opens it gets access. Links expire after 7 days. Remove someone and they lose access immediately.
Admins
Section titled “Admins”Admins co-manage the agent: they can change any setting except deleting the agent, resetting it, billing, and managing admins. Invite them with Invite admin, which also creates a one-time link valid for 7 days.
If you’re an admin of someone else’s agent, Leave agent removes your access; the owner can invite you again.
Who pays
Section titled “Who pays”By default each person spends their own credits when they talk to the bot. Turn on I pay for messages to cover it from your balance so others use it for free — when your balance runs out, they pay for themselves again.
