Contact support
Where to write
Section titled “Where to write”- Email — contact@teleclaw.bot. Best for anything involving your account, a payment or private data.
- Community chat — t.me/teleclaw_community. Best for “how do I…” questions; other users answer too.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”The three things that let us reproduce almost any problem:
- Which agent — the bot’s @username (for example
@my_agent_bot), or “the main @claw bot”. - Where it happened — private chat, group, or channel, and the group name if it’s a group.
- When, and what you sent — roughly the time, plus the message you sent and what came back (a screenshot of the chat is ideal).
If it’s about a payment, add the payment method (card, Telegram Stars or TON) and the date. Never send us passwords, seed phrases or API keys — we never need them, and the support team will never ask for them.
Reporting a bug or asking for a feature
Section titled “Reporting a bug or asking for a feature”Bugs and feature ideas are welcome by email and in the community chat. Include what you expected to happen and what happened instead — that difference is the useful part.
